Beneficial for digestion
Fermenting miso increases protein digestibility.
Studies show that the more miso broth you consume, the less likely you are to suffer from constipation.
Warning: The 240 ml portion of broth contains 202ug of iodine. Do not consume on days when you have food intake rich in iodine (fish, shellfish, seaweed).

Beneficial during pregnancy
Some Japanese studies have observed that pregnant women who consume miso soup in particular have fewer depressive symptoms than those who do not consume it. Of course, miso broth alone is not miraculous, but it could have beneficial effects, which remain to be demonstrated.

Furthermore, one study found that consuming miso soup, yogurt, and fermented soy before pregnancy was significantly associated with a reduced risk of early preterm birth (<34 weeks). Again, these ingredients alone are not miraculous but may be worth incorporating into your diet.

Limits acid reflux
Miso broth consumption is associated with reduced acid reflux, heartburn, and bloating.

Beneficial for blood sugar levels
It is observed that people who consume miso broth have a lower insulin resistance, which can be associated with diabetes. Its consumption can be recommended in the context of type 2 diabetes, especially in women.

We recommend reheating it in a saucepan over low heat. You can also reheat it for 1 minute 30 seconds in the microwave at 700 W (without the lid).

To be taken as a treatment during pregnancy, or after childbirth for a comforting and remineralizing broth, and above all super quick to prepare. Also ideal during breastfeeding.
