In a bain-marie: Boil water and remove it from the hotplate. Immerse the dish in the hot water for 4 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cold water. Remove the top cover.
In the microwave: Open the lid slightly, place the dish in the microwave and heat for about 1 minute at medium power. Remove the top lid.

Before opening, store at room temperature. After
opening, the unheated dish can be kept
tightly covered for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
