💡 Benefits

Promote lactation
Fenugreek supports milk production. A study shows that the dose contained in 2 squares doubles the volume of milk. A little reminder mama: Galactogens are not essential for breastfeeding. The first thing to do is to put your baby to the breast and without looking at the time

Anti-fatigue
Bananachoc is a source of magnesium which helps reduce fatigue.

A healthy snack to satisfy your needs
A snack contains 206 kcal, which is half the extra energy you need when breastfeeding, and is naturally rich in fibre and a source of omega 3. It helps to limit cravings because it contains oats which cause satiety.

🚨 Attention

Breastfeeding: yes
Important for all moms: Lactation-promoting foods are not mandatory while breastfeeding. If your milk supply is low, put your baby to the breast without looking at the clock and consult an IBCLC lactation consultant.

Postpartum: yes but
Be careful, however, when using galactogogues such as fenugreek right after birth, to avoid engorgement. Breastfeeding is the best way to encourage your milk supply.

Pregnancy: NO
Not recommended for pregnant women due to the presence of fenugreek.

Medical: WARNING
People with diabetes should not take fenugreek without medical supervision, especially if they are taking medications to lower blood sugar. People taking blood thinners should also refrain from taking supplements containing fenugreek. For an alternative, there are our Milk Moonies, which are fenugreek-free.
